The functional zoning of a mini-cafe or the design of a small cafe hall is very important for the convenience of both visitors and the overall atmosphere, as well as for the staff.
In this case, to think about the layout of a small cafe, my thoughts were based on several initial data in addition to the dimensions of the room itself:
- what products will be sold (fresh juices, coffee, tea, other drinks, pizza, desserts, etc.)
- what developmental elements - additions may be interesting for visitors
- category of people, area, their needs
- economical or in other words, - budget version of the cafe.
Based on this, the zoning and decor of the cafe-pizzeria will be as follows:
- bar counter
- display case for confectionery
- bar mini-tables
- soft sofas near the wall + benches on the back of the tables
- round table or area for workshops / seminars / celebrations / or children's area with pencils and other supplies
- bar table for both visitors and at the same time a place to wait for pizza / coffee or other takeaway food
- hanger at the entrance from the ceiling, not a rack, to increase usable space
- TV for those who like to chew and watch something
- bookshelves
- plants
- positive inscriptions on the walls of the cafe will also lift your spirits
